Vision Development Group is a family-run builder of luxury custom and semi-custom homes, in premier locations, throughout the middle and western United States.
The depth of their commitment, and a measure of the confidence and pride they bring to their profession, is evidenced by the fact that several of the family’s executive members live in the communities they build. Prospective customers are often invited to tour the owners’ homes in the Paradise Villas community in Colorado Springs, to experience first-hand what the company does, and how they do it.
Vision’s philosophy is to infuse their homes with unparalleled quality and workmanship. Every component in every home is selected for its resilience, appearance and enduring style.
As well, the company brings a lifelong sensitivity to the special touches and custom changes that their upscale customer nearly always desires and all too rarely finds.
A hint of a European ski village blended with true Colorado lifestyle comes alive in Vision Development Group’s 38 exquisitely detailed, maintenance-free custom paired patio homes in Paradise Terrace within the prestigious, guard-gated controlled-access Castle Pines Village community.
Contemporary open ranch-style floor plans provide owners serene lake views, Front Range mountain panoramas
and stretching vistas of the beautiful West Plum Creek Valley. The community centers around a lovely circulating lake, focal point of native rocks and paths and a regular meeting place for birds, deer and other Colorado natives.
Each of four distinctively designed homes is replete with standard features — typically available only as optional, costly upgrades — such as three-sided fireplaces, coffered ceilings, upgraded hardware, upscale GE Profile appliances, California Closets, oversized soaking tubs and granite tile countertops.
Paradise Terrace homes have grand entries, with high ceilings and hand-troweled walls throughout, matched with
European-style custom cabinetry.
Additionally, in the interest of satisfying the experienced home buyers’ tastes and preferences, customizing options – from hardwoods to rare stone and marble — are nearly endless.
The quality continues outside with an exclusive concrete deck, and sheltered lower-level patio beneath, effectively extending each owner’s living space to the outdoors. And every home is elegantly designed with stucco and stone exteriors, concrete tile roofs, aluminum clad wood windows (the only window approved by the Sustainable Forests Initiative) and is built with both a lifetime’s durability and beauty in mind.
Each home is built with the personal, hands-on assurance and involvement of Steven Gage, founder and head of Vision Development, as well as a veteran lineup of skilled staff members and suppliers.
Testimonial:
When retired airline captain and 28-year Boulder resident Rick Ross came across Castle Pines Village in the newspaper, the allure of a luxury, low-maintenance lifestyle piqued his interest. Ross, who’d lived in and managed a duplex, wasn’t looking for a huge new home, just one where he could enjoy custom features and a sense of freedom in a spectacular setting. After visiting the Village’s luxury lifestyle product, Ross chose a paired patio home by Vision Development.
“Certainly the home was everything I’d hoped for. Big windows everywhere. Low maintenance. The ability to customize the home to my exact tastes,” says Ross, “But frankly it was the views, and the unbeatable location that stole my heart. The first thing you see when you come in, is breathtaking panoramas to the south. They truly make the home. The Paradise Terrace neighborhood really capitalizes on a one-of-a-kind setting.”
Ross chose the Amberly design and personalized it with a GE Monogram stove, 45-degree tiles, six panel doors, and stained trim. Ross also added stone to the exterior as well as a Jacuzzi. As an added benefit Ross says he’s found the efficiency of the home almost unbelievable. “It’s a rare day when the furnace even comes on. The efficiency and insulation makes the home cozy and comfortable year round.”
