Castle Pines Village
Castle Pines Village is a gated residential community, featuring two Jack Nicklaus signature golf courses, situated
25 miles south of Denver, Colorado. The Village lies at an elevation of 6,000 to 6,500 feet along the Front
Range of the Rocky Mountains. It is a compelling landscape of castle-like rock formations punctuated with
pine trees at the crest of the divide between the Denver Basin to the north and dramatic rock formations, rock
ledges and outcroppings to the south. It is the northern-most incidence of tablelands along the front-range
with spectacular views of Pikes Peak, Mount Evans and the Rocky Mountains.
The founders of Castle Pines Village recognized that the Village was a very special place. They understood the
value of this land, its unique and natural beauty, the quiet forested mountain setting, the privacy, the near
and distant views, the beauty of the native plants and the abundance of Colorado wildlife.
They felt the land should be developed in a manner that would not only create a high-quality residential
community with world-class golf courses, but their vision included a carefully crafted plan to develop
the land without destroying this natural environment and its wildlife.
What Makes a Neighborhood a Community?
Typically its the opportunity to interact with neighbors in activities of mutual interest. Castle Pines Village attracts
people who love the Colorado landscape with its long vistas, ragged rock ridges and towering pines. Residents tend to
be those individuals who enjoy getting outside, walking the trails, playing golf, enjoying the recreational opportunities
of the Canyon Club and meeting others who share their love of the best life has to offer. Castle Pines Village boasts
two championship Jack Nicklaus golf courses- as challenging as they are beautiful.
The Village Lake Fitness Center is a facility of approximately 4,900 square feet just South of the Canyon Club recreational
complex. The facility has the look and feel of a Castle Pines Village residential property with the intimacy of a Fitness
Center - exclusively for the residents of the Village. In addition to an outdoor, six-lane lap pool, the Fitness Center
has a year-round outdoor therapy jetted whirlpool, a strength training room, an aerobic exercise room, a multi-purpose room
for special exercise classes, a massage room and locker rooms.
Families appreciate the freedom to roam afforded by this master planned, gated community; residents benefit from 24-hour
controlled access. Access at each entrance of this gated community is monitored around the clock by the Homes Association
personnel who not only patrol the community but provide emergency response services. Castle Pines Village boasts its very
own fire station, South Metro Fire Station #39, which is also the home of the command center for the Emergency Services
Division of the Homes Association and they provide fire rescue response, emergency medical treatment, plus connection
to the Flight for Life and local medical facilities.
The Summit Club
A community amenity which features a zero-entry swimming pool with interactive water features, covered picnic pavilion,
and multi-purpose playing field.
One of the most popular recreational amenities of Castle Pines Village is the established trails that wind through
Castle Pines Village. These hard and soft surface trails offer the opportunity to enjoy Colorado's pristine beauty,
whether to contemplate life in a quiet solitude or explore nature with the whole family.
From Memorial Day through Labor Day, residents of Castle Pines Village find friends and relaxation at the Canyon Club.
Open to all homeowners and supported by annual dues to the Home Association, the Canyon Club features a recreational
pool, toddlers' pool, and snack bar; they are open throughout the summer months. Facilities include a playground, tennis
and basketball courts, open sports field and picnic area.
